    Name: Spumante Extra Dry “Luis” Rosè

    Climate: mediterranean, characterized by harsh winters with temperatures reaching -15°C, and hot and humid summers with temperatures reaching 35°C

    Soil: sandy, clayey and calcareous

    Altitude: 150 – 300 meters above sea level

    Training system: traditional Piedmontese guyot with a vine density ranging from 4,000 to 4,500 vines stocks per hectare

    Grape variety: red grapes, from native grape varieties

    Production yield per hectare: 120 quintals/ha

    Average age of the vines: 20-30 years

    Vinification: short pressing with simultaneous maceration, fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature

    Colour: light pink with peach hues

    Aroma: intense, floral and fruity

    Taste: delicate and fresh, with a fine and persistent perlage

    Alcohol: 12%

    Total acidity: 6,5 g/l

    Sugar residue: 15 g/l

    Dry extract: 24 g/l

    Food matching: Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany pasta dishes, appetizers, fresh cheeses and seafood

    Serving temperature: around 8°-10° C.
