    Climate: Mediterranean, characterized by harsh winters with temperatures reaching -15°C, and hot and humid summers with temperatures reaching 35° C

    Soil: sandy of marine origins and blue-and-grey calcareous marls, rich of microelements and mineral salts

    Altitude: 250-300 meters above sea level

    Training system: traditional Piedmontese guyot with a vine density ranging from 4,000 to 4,500 vine stocks per hectare

    Grape variety: 100% Arneis

    Production yield per hectare: 90 quintals

    Average age of the vines: 20-30 years

    Vinification: thermo-conditioned vats at about 12° C for 30 days

    Colour: straw yellow with greenish nuances

    Aroma: intense and fresh featuring  fresh hay, rennet apple, almond and pineapple aromas

    Taste: round, intense and clean. Dry and frank

    Alcohol:  13%

    Total acidity: < 6.10 gr./l

    Sugar residue:  3 gr./l

    Dry extract: 24 gr./l

    Food matching: unlike other white wines, this one perfectly matches with all the fish but also with all simple dishes, hour-d’oeuvres and cream soups.  Perfect also as an aperitif.

    Serving temperature: around 10° C
